Topic: The Genesis Story (Part 137)- Remember: God’s Word over your life never fails.
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen! I pray that you are all doing well! Today’s message is going to be a brief one. It is a reminder to someone out there that God is alive. He is in control and His Word never fails.
How have the past two messages been? Hope you learnt something from them. In today’s message, we would be looking at Genesis 42: 6b. The Bible says:
And Joseph’s brothers came and bowed down before him with their faces to the earth.
Ready for the message? Let us get right into it…
God wants to let you know that His Word never fails. The enemy would try to bring you down severally, but God always wins. In fact, the battle is already won. The enemy just wants to shake us up. The enemy wants you to give up all the power God has given you as a conqueror.
Today, I am here to let you know that this is not the time to give the enemy that luxury. The battle has been won but you have to fight for it. You have to claim it and God is by your side each and every step of the way. It is a fight; do not give the enemy the chance to have an upper hand in this battle.
Let us look at the Joseph’s life! God revealed a dream to him as a young boy. Joseph was thirty years when God’s Word for His life came to pass. Today, I just want to encourage someone! The wait might be long, the battle seems to get tougher; fear not! God’s Word never fails. He is not a man that He should lie. Just know that as the fight gets tougher and tougher; your breakthrough is right at the corner. Do not give up now! Continue to look up to God; He would renew your strength and give you peace.
It does not matter the amount of time it takes. God is preparing you for something great. All these are tests that are strengthening you and making you stronger. This would help you to understand and handle the land God has given to you.
As new challenges arise, just go to God to help you through it. He would help you and guide you through it. He would comfort you and give you the direction to take. Stand firm in Faith. As Christians, we go through ups and downs; all to the Glory of God. Do not fret, you are a conqueror. God has equipped you with all the things you need to overpower the enemy. Always remember, God’s Word never fails. He is not going to fail you! Not now and not ever!
As I have in the past few days, I pray that God strengthens each and every single one of you! May He Guide you through this period. May you feel His presence in this time of need; and May He direct you. Amen!

Dear Lord,
I come to you today as a sinner. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus is your Son and He came on to this earth to die for my sins. Dear Lord, let your Son come and fill me. Lord, I ask that He cleanses me off my sins. I am ready to stand for you and profess your Name. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
If you repeated this prayer with all the sincerity of your heart, congratulations!! You are now a part of God’s family. Welcome to the greatest family ever. Heaven is jubilating on your arrival. Your fellow brothers and sisters are also excited to have you on board.
Being a child of God is a wonderful thing. The road might not always be easy, but God is with you each and every step of the way. Guiding you, helping you and encouraging up. You will never regret this decision; I can assure you of that. Two things I would recommend for you to do are;
Get yourself a Bible (in a version you understand) and meditate on it day and night. In Joshua 1:8, we are told that when you meditate on the Word day and night, you will be prosperous and successful.
Find a Bible- believing church to attend and fellowship with other Christians. This would help you grow spiritually.
