The Genesis Story: Part 8- Can You Stand Boldly Before God?

Sammie

Bible Reading: Genesis 3

Memory Verse: Genesis 3:10

He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”

Hello ladies and gentlemen! Good evening! Hope you are all doing well? Awesome. Did you have a wonderful day? I did. I spent time with my family. I had an awesome time with them. Today, we are looking at the 8thPart of The Genesis Story. Yup! The 8th. Like yesterday, we are taking a closer look at Genesis chapter 3.

Genesis chapter 3 is mainly talking about the fall of man. Today, I want you to ask yourself this question, “Can I stand boldly before Christ?” If God were to come today or He were to visit you right now and He calls out your name, would you be able to answer Him boldly and with a lot of confidence? Kindly answer this question truthfully. It is a very important and serious question to ask yourself. This question should serve as a sort of turning point for you in your walk with Christ. If you want to go to heaven, you must never hide from God. The thing is we think we are hiding but in actual facts God has seen us.

There are so many people in this world who think that they are bold and have all the power in the world. When you listen to the radio in Ghana, you find that many morning talk shows have Ghanaian politicians and so- called analysts, talking without any care in this world. They talk so boldly because they think that they have the power to. However, that’s not the case. A lot of these people call themselves Christians, but the words that comes out of their mouths. It makes you wonder. The backdoor deals that these people are involved in. You will be surprise. When it is time to be before God, do you think that all these men and women would have the same courage and boldness. No! They will be trying to find a way to hide. But it will be too late.

Don’t be like these people. The only thing you can pick up from them is their boldness. Be bold for Christ. Do everything He asks you to do. Heed to His instructions. Whatever He tells you to do. Please do it, exactly the way He shows you to. It does not matter who ever laughs at you or mock you or even fights against you. God is with you. If He has appointed you, He will order your steps and reward you immensely.

Starting this blog is an example. When God told me to do this. I kept it to myself. I pondered about it for a while. I almost didn’t do it. But then I had been running away for a while. I made the decision to do it just two days before I actually began. I started this social media campaign about it but honestly I had really planned to do it. But still I kept what God had instructed to myself. I started Sammies Daily Dose. Since I began I have discovered four types of people. People who just ignore me and delete the notification, people who don’t read but comment positive words such as “God bless you”, people who allow the Holy Spirit to speak to them and they comment, and finally, people who want to be anonymous and touched. All these responses I thank God for them. I have not here to force anyone but to encourage you to make the decision to follow Christ. I am not perfect. People think I am trying to put out this perfect life. But like you, I am also learning and discovering new things.

I am here to encourage you that if God has commissioned you to do something. Please do it. He has a reason for it. Someone somewhere needs to hear what God has done for you. Someone somewhere needs to see what God has done for you. Someone somewhere needs to read what God has done for you. You will be surprised how much Sammie’s Daily Dose has grown in just a month. The number of people reading or who have read an episode on this platform is mid blowing. Every week the numbers go up. As we speak, Sammie’s Daily Dose reached five continents. Yes, 5 – South America, Africa, Asia, Europe and America. Can you imagine? Imagine if I hadn’t obeyed God, all these people reading how would they feel and experience God? How would they understand God’s Word? I urge you to rise up and be bold for Christ so that when the right time comes you can stand boldly in front of Him. Hallelujah!

Would you be able to stand boldly and speak, in front of the most important man? If your answer is yes, then you have to ask yourself if you (really) have Christ in your heart. If you don’t kindly repeat this prayer with all certainty.

 Dear Lord,

I come to you today as a sinner. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus is your Son and He came on to this earth to die for my sins. Dear Lord, let your Son come and fill me. Lord, I ask that He cleanses me off my sins. I am ready to stand for you and profess your Name. Thank you Lord. Amen.

If you said this prayer, congratulations! You are now part of God’s family. Heaven is jubilating by your welcome. Hallelujah! God is redefining you. He is equipping you to heed His call. He is anointing you and ordering your steps. Hallelujah!

I would encourage you to get yourself a Bible- in a version that you understand. Read it constantly. By doing this, you would be able to know and understand God better; as well as grow Spiritually. I will encourage you to find a Bible- believing church to attend, so that you can fellowship with other Christians.

If you already have Christ in you, I urge you to live for God boldly here on earth. I urge you to open your hearts to Him, so that He can use you to do many wonderful things for His Glory. So my dear brother or sister in Christ, stand firm in your faith and God will richly bless you. Amen!

  • Have a wonderful night and let God inspire you.

Dear Lord, I thank you for this day. I pray that you protect me and my family this night. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
