Topic: Daniel’s Dose: Adventure 6- With God, you are fully equipped!

Bible Reading: Daniel 2

Memory Verse: Daniel 2: 19 (NKJV)

Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! How are you doing? How was your weekend? Mine was great! I hope yours was equally great (or even better)? How was your day? I hope it went well! Today, we continue with the sixth adventure in the Daniel’s Dose series! I am excited about this message! I pray that everyone who reads it will be blessed and encouraged by it!

Let us get right into the message!

Have you ever been in a situation whereby you were asked a particular question; you had very little to no knowledge about the topic? Or have you been tasked to solve a problem at work or school; yet, you don’t know how to go about it? Some way, you were about to tackle what was brought before you! Sometimes, you wonder where all of your thoughts and words came from!

Parents go through the same thing! When they have a child, especially for the first time, they have no idea of their journey as parents. However, many parents are able to proper take care of their children! Just like these scenarios given, God has equipped you to face off everything that comes your way- knowingly or unknowingly.

With our battle against the enemy, most of the time, we do not know the angle or intensity, with which the angel comes! By the Grace of God, He has equipped us for all the enemy may bring our way! Stand firm and stand strong! The enemy has nothing against you! He has no leverage over you! In fact, you have the upper hand. You have God backing you and Christ fighting on your behalf. You can never loose. You will never be unprepared. Though it may seem physically that you may be.

Let us look at Daniel adventure in Daniel 2. In this chapter, the king, Nebuchadnezzar, had a dream that troubled him greatly- he couldn’t sleep. He gathered some “wise men.” Nebuchadnezzar asked them to tell him the dream and its interpretation; if not they were to be killed. As wise men, they did not have the power nor the ability to do that. The king ordered that all wise men be killed. However, that was not the portion of God’s children- Daniel and his friends.

God revealed the “secret” (the dream) to Daniel. Imagine, you live in a town, one day you wake up, the king’s captain is at your door; with orders from the king saying that you must reveal the king’s dream and give an interpretation of the dream. If not, you will die! What would you have done! I am sure that some people would have cried. Others may have asked to have a moment with their families. I am sure that there would be a lot of crazy things that may happen! You should be like Daniel! Every day of your life, you must know the equipments you have- God! You must never be riddled with fear, nor must you panic because you know that the weapon you possess is greater than any other in this world.

Just like Daniel, when you are unexpectedly, placed in daring and uncomfortable situations, go to God first! Have faith, be strong; He will surely reveal the secret to you! The secret is the solution to that situation. Sometimes, the secret is the strategy to get that solution!

Today, be assured and re-assured that you are fully equipped to win that battle- only if you rely on God and not yourself! Be encouraged today! Be filled with hope! You are equipped! You are strong! God bless you!

Prayer points:

  1. Pray for a strength.

  2. Pray that God takes away all your burdens.

  3. Pray that you stand firm in Faith.

  4. Pray to God to help you focus on Him and Him alone.

  5. Pray to always stay close to God and not depart from Him.

  6. End by just worshipping and praising Him.

Today’s prayer:

Dear Lord,

I thank you for my life. I thank you for taking me through the day. I ask that you guide me and protect me. I pray that I will choose you in every situation that I face. And that my life will be a testimony and an example to many that I have Christ living in me. Thank you, Lord, for sending your son to die on the cross and wipe my sins away. I lift your name high for you are Alpha and Omega. Amen!

Add this phrase to your daily confessions, “With God, I am fully equipped for everything that comes my way!” As you continue to confess this; you will begin to experience a change! You realize that God becomes your priority through every situation. That is key!

Remember to stay safe and continue to follow the guideline provided by the health agencies. God bless!

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!

The prayer below is for anyone who does not know God or maybe has been apart from God for a while. God is here to pour His favor over your life. All you have to do is call out to Him. Make that decision today!

Dear Lord,

I come to you today as a sinner. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus is your Son and He came on to this earth to die for my sins. Dear Lord, let your Son come and fill me. Lord, I ask that He cleanses me off my sins. I am ready to stand for you and profess your Name. Thank you, Lord. Amen.

If you repeated this prayer with all the sincerity of your heart, congratulations!! You are now a part of God’s family. Welcome to the greatest family ever. Heaven is jubilating on your arrival. Your fellow brothers and sisters are also excited to have you on board.

Being a child of God is a wonderful thing. The road might not always be easy, but God is with you each and every step of the way. Guiding you, helping you and encouraging up. You will never regret this decision; I can assure you of that. Two things I would recommend for you to do are;

  1. Get yourself a Bible (in a version you understand) and meditate on it day and night. In Joshua 1:8, we are told that when you meditate on the Word day and night, you will be prosperous and successful.

  2. Find a Bible- believing church to attend and fellowship with other Christians. This would help you grow spiritually.

I am excited that you made this decision. Welcome! If you would like some help or more understanding into anything, you can leave a message (adding your email address) and I would be willing and happy to help you out!
