Esther's Glory: Issue 13-The enemy shall proclaim your Honor!

Topic: Esther’s Glory: Issue 13- The enemy shall proclaim your Honor!

Bible Reading: Esther 6

Memory verse: Esther 6:11 (NKJV)

So Haman took the robe and the horse, arrayed Mordecai and led him on horseback through the city square, and proclaimed before him, “Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delights to honor!”

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! How are you doing? Another Friday is upon us! We give God the Glory for taking us through the week! Are you ready for the weekend? What are your plans for the weekend? Remember to include God in your plans for the weekend! Now, let us continue with today’s message from the Holy Spirit.

From yesterday’s message, we saw that God honors His children! The Holy Spirit reminded us of the fact that our joy is coming soon! God is about to reward for all our work! The enemy would mourn our joy! Today’s message is linked to yesterday’s message. The Holy Spirit wants to let us know that not only would the enemy mourn our glory; he would also proclaim our honor to the whole world.

Yes! The world would see God’s Glory, Might and Power, at work in your life!

Let us look at Haman and Mordecai’s story once again! Yesterday, we saw that Haman in mourning. This was because the king (Haman’s potential ally) had ordered him to honor Mordecai. Today, from Esther 6:11, we see that Haman was the one who went around town honoring Mordecai (just as he had suggested to the king).

My dear brother and sister in Christ, today’s promise from the Holy Spirit is very simple and straight-forward. The enemy’s glory days are over! The Holy Spirit is reminding us that great days are ahead. It does not matter what you are going through- whether big or small. As a child of God, He is concerned about every single thing concerning you! The enemy has no hold over you (and your life). Always remember that! Especially as we are moving into a new year; hold on to God’s Word and Promises. He has never failed. He will not fail.

The enemy may be smiling and dancing, but he will be hiding soon! The enemy does not know what is about to hit him! He will be the one to tell the whole world of God’s goodness in your life! Don’t worry! Have faith! Keep moving on! Be strong! Be courageous! God is with you! He never left your side! He has a grand plan set in motion. You have the Grand Master, The Grand Schemer on your side, why do you shed tears? He’s got you! Keep trusting in Him! God bless you! Have a wonderful weekend and remember to keep God’s promises in your heart!

Today’s prayer:

Dear Lord,

I thank you for my life. I thank you for giving me another beautiful day. I ask that you guide me and protect me. I pray that I will choose you in every situation that I face. And that my life will be a testimony and an example to many that I have Christ living in me. Thank you, Lord, for sending your son to die on the cross and wipe my sins away. I lift your name high for you are Alpha and Omega. Amen!

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!

The prayer below is for anyone who does not know God or maybe has been apart from God for a while. God is here to pour His favor over your life. All you have to do is call out to Him. Make that decision today!

Dear Lord,

I come to you today as a sinner. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus is your Son and He came on to this earth to die for my sins. Dear Lord, let your Son come and fill me. Lord, I ask that He cleanses me off my sins. I am ready to stand for you and profess your Name. Thank you, Lord. Amen.

If you repeated this prayer with all the sincerity of your heart, congratulations!! You are now a part of God’s family. Welcome to the greatest family ever. Heaven is jubilating on your arrival. Your fellow brothers and sisters are also excited to have you on board.

Being a child of God is a wonderful thing. The road might not always be easy, but God is with you each and every step of the way. Guiding you, helping you and encouraging up. You will never regret this decision; I can assure you of that. Two things I would recommend for you to do are;

1. Get yourself a Bible (in a version you understand) and meditate on it day and night. In Joshua 1:8, we are told that when you meditate on the Word day and night, you will be prosperous and successful.

2. Find a Bible- believing church to attend and fellowship with other Christians. This would help you grow spiritually.

I am excited that you made this decision. Welcome! If you would like some help or more understanding into anything, you can leave a message (adding your email address) and I would be willing and happy to help you out!
