Topic: The Recap (Esther’s Glory): Part 9 (Esther 9)
Bible Reading: Esther 9
Hello beautiful child of God! How are you doing? Another beautiful week is coming to an end! How has your day been? More so, how has your week been? Are you living, breathing, walking and talking (in) your victory? I hope you are! God has given it to you! All you have to do is to own it!
We will be ending this series very soon! Have you enjoyed the recap series? What are some of the lessons you have learnt? I pray that they have been a blessing to you! [If this series and/ or any other series on the Sammie’s Daily Dose blog page has been an inspiration, don’t keep it to yourself! Share with everyone you know, the truths that the word reveals!] Today, we would be taking a look at the lessons that Esther 9 teaches us! Are you ready? Well, let’s go!!
Lesson 1: Your victory will surprise the enemy!
There are times when we are going through a battle (in the heat of things), it seems as though the enemy is about to win! In fact, at that point, even the enemy thinks he is about to win! This is because it may be a point where it seems like all hope is lost! However, that’s a lie! Hope is just being renewed! At that point in time, God is about to turn the situation in your favor! The day the enemy thought he had you is the day you surprise him with a victorious move! That’s one of the awesome things about God! He is a very tactical God! Just because He may seem quiet at a certain period in time, does not mean He is not present in your situation! He is just patiently waiting for the enemy to pull up all his plans. [Most importantly, God is waiting for you to understand/ appreciate the battle period as a teaching period.] Just when the enemy thinks he is about to give his best; then God pulls the surprise move! Just continue to trust in God! He never fails! He comes through for all His children! Your victory is here! The enemy cannot pull any further surprises that God can’t surpass! Just trust in God!
Lesson 2: Your victory will make you well-pleased!
As you experience your breakthrough, God would use the circumstance/ opportunity to honor you! All the things that you have hoped and asked God for; He will fulfill them and make you pleased! You will be pleased in Him and also pleased with yourself for making the best decision of your life- to be a child of God! So, don’t focus on the difficult part! God will honor you! All the things you need and hope for, He would deliver them to you on a silver platter! And you will be left pleased! This is just a fraction of what you get to enjoy as a child of God! Believe me when I say that the journey you are on, is the most fulfilling and beautiful journey ever! The road is not smooth at all times; however, the God we serve would never let us get hurt or broken by thorns and thistles! Hallelujah!
Have a wonderful evening and let God inspire you!
Today’s prayer:
Dear Lord,
I thank you for my life. I thank you for giving me another beautiful day. I ask that you guide me and protect me. I pray that I will choose you in every situation that I face. And that my life will be a testimony and an example to many that I have Christ living in me. Thank you, Lord, for sending your son to die on the cross and wipe my sins away. I lift your name high for you are Alpha and Omega. Amen!
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
The prayer below is for anyone who does not know God or maybe has been apart from God for a while. God is here to pour His favor over your life. All you have to do is call out to Him. Make that decision today!
Dear Lord,
I come to you today as a sinner. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus is your Son and He came on to this earth to die for my sins. Dear Lord, let your Son come and fill me. Lord, I ask that He cleanses me off my sins. I am ready to stand for you and profess your Name. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
If you repeated this prayer with all the sincerity of your heart, congratulations!! You are now a part of God’s family. Welcome to the greatest family ever. Heaven is jubilating on your arrival. Your fellow brothers and sisters are also excited to have you on board.
Being a child of God is a wonderful thing. The road might not always be easy, but God is with you each and every step of the way. Guiding you, helping you and encouraging up. You will never regret this decision; I can assure you of that. Two things I would recommend for you to do are;
1. Get yourself a Bible (in a version you understand) and meditate on it day and night. In Joshua 1:8, we are told that when you meditate on the Word day and night, you will be prosperous and successful.
2. Find a Bible- believing church to attend and fellowship with other Christians. This would help you grow spiritually.
I am excited that you made this decision. Welcome! If you would like some help or more understanding into anything, you can leave a message (adding your email address) and I would be willing and happy to help you out
